Focus T25 Results ( ) Learn more about the program beyond this Focus T25 Review here: At only 25 minutes per day, I have to say that Focus T25 is a great program to start off with. If you are someone who already is athletic or fit, I would recommend something like P90X3, P90X, or INSANITY depending on what your goals are. If you are doing something like Body Beast or a mass gainer program, Focus T25 could actually compliment your program to keep lean gains happening versus bulky (sometimes called 'Fat') gains.

Regardless, for the person who desires to finally lose weight and get into a system that doesn't take up ALL of their time, isn't confusing, and isn't the same stupid workout DVD day after day, Focus T25 could be a great option for you! This program has two phases that come with the basic package. The phases are 'Alpha' and 'Beta'. The Alpha cycle stands for 'Foundation'.

While there will be times that you really need to push yourself, remember that it's ONLY 25 minutes per day, and you are totally capable of succeeding with the program. Even if you have to modify some of the moves, that is fine, as long as you continue to push forward each and every day, consistently. The second phase is 'Beta' which focuses more on overall Core Conditioning. The moves are a bit more difficult, but it makes it fun by providing you with great options for developing your core and giving your body a new and motivational reason to burn fat fast.

As I mention in this Focus T25 Review video, I feel like Focus T25 is an awesome program for those who simply do NOT have time to work out (work, family, life, etc). For those of you who really focus-in on this program, it will do wonderful things for you. I MUST caution those of you who have done programs like INSANITY or P90X before though. If you have, do not expect to regain (or maintain) the same amount of intense fitness results that you achieved with the more intense programs (unless you drastically modify your nutrition, which is definitely possible if you are willing to do that considering the benefits of the shorter workout). Focus T25 is an ace in the hole for those with minimal time that want maximum fat loss, but not for an elite athlete or body builder who need to focus more training.
