You should have received this info in a Email from CakeWalk. The only relevance getting the serial off their site has; is in your personal account which should list any software you purchased from them. Did you use a valid email address? Have you checked your Email? Did a friend make the purchase on your behalf? If so, they may have received the relevant info in their email.

You have to register all newer Cakewalk software in order to keep using it or it goes into demo mode and can't be used without registering. That's usually after 30 days if I remember correctly. I took me forever, but I found out how to log-in.

I had to create an account. When I did get logged-in I saw my registered Sonar and the order for Kinetic, but no serial number for Kinetic.

To get Kinetic I sent in the form that came with the Sonar software - there was no indication or instruction concerning needing to do something specific to get a serial number. I have recevied a few E-mails from Cakewalk, but none on this subject. The registation number for Sonar did get sent to me via E-mail, but I had the serial number so I was able to load the program onto my computer. I can not register Kinetic because I can not install it on my computer because there is no serial number. I tried E-mailing them through thier website, but I kept getting error messages so I assume that the E-mail never made it to them.
