I have a question and may be somebody out there can suggest something. I recently took Autocad 2009 training and the training institite copied the software in a DVD and gave it to me at the end of the training to practice. When i tried to download, the file in the DVD reads ' Autodesk.autocad.v2009.win32'. On clicking this file, it opens another file 'autocad 2009' which then opens a bunch of files. I think i have clicked all the files to down load the software and it just does not want to do.

The closest i have come to downloading was when i clicked on file called ' Crack' that opened a file called 'acad9-32bits' and it asked for request code and activation code. Am i doing it right? Is it supposed to ask me request and activation code? Coz; i dont have any codes with me. I have contacted the institite as well and waiting to hear back from them. May be there is another way of downloading the software free from website, if anybody knows.

All you have to do is post your name and the institite name in here, then call autodesk to get your code. There is no way to download a 'Free' copy - unless you are a registered student of a recognized teaching facility and then all you can get is a student version.
